Born & bred not too far from here, Mr MacGregor was a man who was inspired, since he was a young boy by tales of Phileas Fogg… he longed to experience every corner of the world.

And he made it happen – travelling the globe he was excited by the fragrant spices and fresh aromas that he found in the foods that he ate and the liquor he drank, and he wanted to share this with the people of Glasgow.  In his eyes he has the perfect combination – the sensational produce from Scotland’s larder in fusion with flavours from across the world.

Mr McGregor wants you to enjoy something from each of his travels, within each Cocktail lies a story that he’s passed on to his talented Cocktail masters, they might tell you about on the night…. 

You may even have the pleasure of bumping into him when he pops in….  He is a busy man, but we always keep a place for him just in case.
